Product features: Light yellow crystalline powder, small Average particle size, and narrow distribution, fine and uniform cell, high expansion ratio, uniformly dispersed in plastic.

Technical indexes: Decomposition temperature: 205±3ºC

Amount of gas evolution: 225±5ml/g(STP)

Average particle size(D50): 5-6μm

Application: Widely used in rubber and plastic products with higher requirements, such as high-density EVA PE shoe materials, PVC / NBR rubber insulation materials, auto parts. Especially suitable for the free foam of PVC / NBR rubber insulation material, commonly used in the extrusion of EVA MD granulated injection, molding foam of PE, PVC molding, extrusion and coating, as well as molding, extrusion and coating of rubber plastic and rubber.

Packing: 25kg lined with plastic bag.

Storage: Good storage stability at room temperature. It should be stored in a cool & dry place, away from fire, sparks and heat. In case of fire, please use spray water, carbon dioxide or chemical powder for fire extinguishing, no artificial fight.
